Scripture (Luke 12:2-3, NIV):

"There is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, or hidden that will not be made known. What you have said in the dark will be heard in the daylight, and what you have whispered in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed from the roofs."

Devotional:

Truth doesn't hide forever - it ripens. When the light of God shines, it doesn't just expose what's false; it reveals what's real. Exposure is not punishment - it's proof that Heaven's justice is still alive. God never lets deception live rent-free. So when truth surfaces, even through chaos, it's a divine signal: He's cleaning house!

The same God who exposes others will also expose us - but always with love. Because exposure brings clarity, and clarity brings freedom. The enemy thrives in secrecy, but Jesus reigns in light.

Questions to Consider:

  1. Have I ever mistaken God's exposure as rejection instead of corruption?

  2. What truth have I been afraid to face because of how others might react?

  3. How can I respond with humility when God exposes something - in me or around me?

Prayer:

Father, thank You for being a God of truth. When You uncover what's hidden, help me to see it through Your eyes - not as a sign of rejection, but as an invitation to freedom. Give me courage to face what needs to be faced and grace to handle truth with love. Let Your light expose every shadow so Your glory can shine through me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
